Apple has made it clear that it would not continue to support OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). On Tuesday, the company released a patch covering the vulnerability «goto fail» in OS X 10.9. Similar "patches" have been released for OS X 10.8 and OS X 10.7. Members OS X 10.6 and earlier versions were without patches.
